You are bound by the EULA of the store where you purchase the work.
Unity Asset Store
For purchases made on the Unity Asset Store or vouchers redeemed at the Unity Asset Store (even if purchased elsewhere), you are bound by the Unity Asset Store EULA.
Fab
For purchases made on Fab, you are bound by the Fab End User License Agreement and any applicable license terms shown on Fab.
